Payment over the Web
We currently use PayPal and Amazon Pay as our main payment gateway on maletrunk.com to insure your (our guest) information is highly protected on top of our websites SSL protection. We do not directly take or save credit card information on any customers. We also use Square to send payment invoices through email. Please contact your representative to make a payment through square register.
Payments over the phone and by email
We can also send you an email invoice using Square app. This will give you another way to pay that is secure. We never ask for payment information directly on our website or on the phone. This is to protect your information. We got you on the Down Low. Square accepts Visa/Mastercard/Amex
Credit card orders will see transactions from “FabichLutz Maletrunk” and/or “FabichLutz” depending on how you pay.
Shipping
All items and subscription boxes are sent in a plain brown box or Grey recycled plastic mailer. This is to insure we make it as discreet for some of our customers as posable. We ship using USPS but can also ship using UPS if you would like. Postage prices may increase with UPS shipping.
United States Shipping takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. We ship all items out of our Arizona location or California distribution center.
Outside of United states shipping takes between 7 and 21 days depending on your country.
Orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm will process and ship the same day depending on item availability.
Orders on the weekend or after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next business day depending on item availability
