Customers with accounts on maletrunk.com: if you have created an account with maletrunk.com, your shipping information email and if you submitted a phone number is kept on the system. You can get a copy of what information is on the system at any time by clicking login than clicking your name on the top right hand corner of the screen, then click GDPR – PERSONAL DATA and download a PDF or CSV file with the information we have about you. “At any time, you have the right to retrieve the data you have provided to our site. Guest Checkout: if you use guest checkout, the information you submit is used for shipping your order only. Your information is only available on the PDF sales receipt generated by submitting your order. For a copy of this or to have your invoice deleted from the server, please call, text or email us and we ill remove the file from the server. Please note paper copies are kept on file at our Arizona office for Tax purposes.
Why we ask for birth date at checkout? To ensure all customers that order are over 18, 21 in some states, we ask for customers birth dates. This information is to insure you are over the legal age to order.
Newsletter Sign up: Newsletter sign up info is only used for newsletters sent through maletrunk.com (FabichLutz Maletrunk). we do not sell any customer information and think other companies that do are wrong. We strive to ensure your information is kept safe by using not only SSL but also site lock to insure a continued safe website is available for you to use. Your email is saved on Maletrunk MailChimp.coms newsletter account. You can see their privacy policy by going to their website. You have many options on deleting your Email from receiving newsletters from maletrunk. You can call us using the phone number in our contact section. Or, you can click the remove me from newsletters button at the bottom of the email. It takes between 1 and 2 days for us to remove you. We make sure you’re not on mailchimp.com s email database for maletrunk as well as ensure your email is removed from our backup list.

Payment
Payment over the Web
We currently use PayPal and Amazon Pay as our main payment gateway on maletrunk.com to insure your (our guest) information is highly protected on top of our websites SSL protection. We do not directly take or save credit card information on any customers. We also use Square to send payment invoices through email. Please contact your representative to make a payment through square register.
Payments over the phone and by email
We can also send you an email invoice using Square app. This will give you another way to pay that is secure. We never ask for payment information directly on our website or on the phone. This is to protect your information. We got you on the Down Low. Square accepts Visa/Mastercard/Amex
Credit card orders will see transactions from “FabichLutz Maletrunk” and/or “FabichLutz” depending on how you pay.
Shipping
All items and subscription boxes are sent in a plain brown box or Grey recycled plastic mailer. This is to insure we make it as discreet for some of our customers as posable. We ship using USPS but can also ship using UPS if you would like. Postage prices may increase with UPS shipping.
United States Shipping takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. We ship all items out of our Arizona location or California distribution center.
Outside of United states shipping takes between 7 and 21 days depending on your country.
Orders received Monday-Friday before 2pm will process and ship the same day depending on item availability.
Orders on the weekend or after 2pm will be processed and shipped the next business day depending on item availability
